CMS 2009 Part D Benefit Parameters
The 2009 Medicare Part D benefit parameters have been set by CMS. The changes are as follows:

Out-of-Pocket $4050 $4350
Minimum Co-Pays (Catastrophic)
Generic/Preferred Drugs $2.25 $2.40
All Other Drugs $5.60 $6.00
Open enrollment begins November 15, 2008 through December 31, 2008 for the 2009 year. During this time you may change companies or make changes within your plan. We reccomend that you provide us a list of your medications, dosage and frequency so we can find the plan that will meet your medication needs for the following year at the lowest cost available. All companies plans, formularies and costs are different. That is why you need to let an experienced agent who has done the research help you obtain the correct Part D plan for you.
